New NPC Quests

I have problem witch Neera and Rasaad, can somebody tell me hod to start theyir quest ? I add bouth to party but i dont have any kind of add i jurnal this same witch Dorn but i find the women who start his quests.

Nera trying to talk to me copule of times but i just click response for shut her up, is this my bad ? I save her i Beregost but i dont have any add about this in jurnal ;/

And Rasaad - i just knwon tohing about his quests

So if somebody by that good and gice me a little adivce it will be help for many players :) who had problem witch new npc quest
