HLA and dual-classing

Some HLAs remain active after dual-classing! Before I never dual-classed characters with HLAs and didn't know that. 😎

I tested it in BP2 by dual-classing a Swashbuckler of level 25 to Fighter. My Swashbuckler had 2 HLAs: Use Any Item and Set Spike Trap. Both of them work, in particular, my dual-classed fighter of level 1 was able to set a Spike Trap without problem. 🪤

    I expect to get a Swashbuckler/Fighter of level 25/26 toward the end of BP2. 👈
