BG EE XBox Durlag Tower BUG never fixed?!?

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
I cannot teleport back to finish Durlag’s tower, have no save that is in tower to reload, Xbox can’t fix scrip, and only option of a previous save file is weeks of side quests ago, game is not worth playing if no fix is available. How can I contact support for a proper update that is supposed to be already fixed.
