Mod Similar to Level 1 NPCs?

I am coming back to BGEE after a while away. I am going to do an EET install and one of the mods I used to always use doesn't seem to be around anymore. Level 1 NPCs.

Is there is a current mod that adds similar functionality? Relocating NPCs and being able to change NPC kits/classes. Thanks.

For relocating them, there is a component from Tweaks Anthology allowing to change starting places for some characters.
