Cutscene Scripting issues

When using the SetCameraHeight and SetCameraFacing functions, scripting a spell or visual effect seems to force the camera back to the default positions.

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Not generally true... can you post an example that isn't working?

P.S. If you're doing a lot of cutscene work, the Gestalt package on Neverwinter Vault is highly recommended. Getting cutscene scripts to work without it can be very fiddly - not least camera behaviour - so it's worth the learning curve.

If you want an updated version of the instructions @jimdad55 has produced a new version of the instructions for the

    Gestalt Cutscene Scripting System.

So you can take a look at those instructions to get a feel for if you want to use gestalt's system. By accident, I did manage to find an alternative to that system - Faust's Cutscene System. No idea on how good or otherwise this alternative is though.
