Baldur's Gate 1 crashing on Nintendo Switch

Like in the title - the game is unplayable.
It keeps crashing every few minutes without any reason.
Manual saving can end with loosing your saves.
The issue is well known and at the end of 2023 still no patch to fix it.
Beamdog - what is going on? You sold us product that doesn't work and not trying to fix it or even officialy respond???

    Having random crashes as well on the switch version. There seems to be no specific act that makes it crash. First crash I was trying to save and the last 5 crashes I've had in the last 2 hours have been while just exploring and fighting. Getting very frustrated having paid for a game that doesn't work and the devs have known for some time and do nothing to fix it.
