Need help reading crash report

Hello!
To make it short: Whenever I finish the final fight against Irenicus and get thrown into ToB a crash occures. It also creates a save at the start of ToB which, after loading, also crashes the game. I'd love it if someone could help me decypher the dump file so that I can look further into the problem.
(There's no crash if I just create a completely new game starting in ToB btw, but importing my old character does, even if I use multiplayer to add said character after actually starting the game.)
Some general info:
BG2EE version 2.6.6.0
Operating System: Windows 10
CPU: i5-6500
GPU: Radeon Rx 580
System RAM: 16GB
I use quite a lot of mods and already had troubles with one of them, the tactics remix.
