Tool : Platform Conversion Utility" (PCU) does not exist

Good morning everyone.
I started trying to install again following Leonardo Watson's guide Big World Project v20. on BG Classic Edition.
After starting Big World Install. bat (and which unpacked everything correctly into the BGII SoA folder) I received this message: Platform Conversion Utility" (PCU) does not exist. At least one mod requires the installation of the PCU.
Otherwise, some mods or components would not be installed correctly.
Please add the PCU to your main folder.

I've searched everywhere but haven't found anything about this PCU...

Can anyone help me? thank you so much
