Cannot see LAN games playing NWN:EE on iPads

My sons and I are all trying to play NWN:EE on the same Wi-Fi network using our iPads. No matter who tries to start the LAN multiplayer game, the other two cannot see it in the LAN game list. We've made sure we are on the same OS version, same game version, same Wi-Fi network. We've made sure we are selecting multiplayer game. The result is always the same.
Even when we try to post the game to the internet, we still don't see it.
Any help with fixing this issue would be much appreciated.
