Custom Loadscreen Creation

This has probably been asked many many times, but is there a good (dare I say easy) way to create custom load screens? Loading TGA into GIMP, gives me this strange slanted picture which is split at some point vertically. This would be really hard to do manually so I'm wondering if there is an easier way.

I found this tool on the NWN Vault:

You just drag and drop and export. Excellent tool, as always, difficult to find the good stuff. It also does portraits and exports every type you need for a module builder h,l,m,s,t. Just make sure to export the file name as po_<Name>, saves a lot of time having to rename all your portraits!
