Weird question about Fael/Darcin Cole

Now Fael is in Imnesvale waiting for some silver dragon blood, and obviously he's still there if you find the blood and return there.

My questions is: is Fael still waiting there even if you don't kill Adalon and return to Imnesvale after the Underdark? The reason I'm asking is, if I choose not to kill Adalon, I'd like to return there after the Underdark and take revenge on him and his pals, after making the decision.

Yeah, he's still there. It's not like he knows you didn't kill Adalon, or even that Adalon was there to kill. He doesn't care where the silver dragon blood comes from, only that it's what he needs to finish the armor.

There's a little mod that allows you to finish the quest/get the armor without going down the evil route:

Also you can gain silver dragon blood in Tangled Isle mod from Lava.
