Item says + 2 for dwarf but it gives + 2 to Half-Orcs too

    Neat. I say keep it that way…. Half-orcs deserve some love

    Uh, no. It doesn't. Perhaps you're mistaking the extra point of CON you can get at character creation from the racial bonus for a benefit of the item?
