Gorion Wraith doesn't speak

Howdy, I incurred in a bug and the master wraith only speak that line. I know it's a mod I installed that's causing it though It would be nice to know which one is doing such I only need the global to trigger its next line, can anyone share it?

Edit: May sharing the save file help?

    The next line does not have any conditions. There is no variable state that could possibly cause this behavior in the unmodded game.

    With that in mind, your issue cannot be resolved until we know how that wraith's dialogue (HGWRA01.DLG) has been changed by your mods.
