Exe Files Not Showing Up

Hello. Today I was trying to get SCS working for BGEE. It did not want to work and I took some advice on another forum and verified my things and then I tried to uninstall and reinstall. This has the side effect of me being unable to even put ANY Exe files in. I tried DLC merger, NPC project, Combat tweaks and more. Is this a common thing?! Can I fix it?!

Edit: Fixed it! I ended up fiddling with my antivirus and found the ‘free trial’ of some name brand that I Dont use was being a pest. It was removed and I could finally get them installed!
