Dorn quest bug: SCS and various tweaks installed

I decided to try a run with Dorn and am stuck on his quest. First, I encountered the bug in which the planetar would never retreat and used the console to advance to the retreat. I went to Lunia, finished the quest, and returned through the portal. Now, anytime I attempt to travel anywhere via the map I end up back at the area where the planetar encounter occurs and all of the characters are somewhere off the map. I can travel to the pocket plan and from the pocket plane to the locations available but I cannot travel anywhere via the map. The only way to get anywhere is to travel via the console. Has anybody encountered a bug like this? If anybody has a resolution I would greatly appreciate it.
