in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I killed Dragomir with disintegrate, but he seemed to drop nothing when he died. so it looks like I'm missing a crucial item for Hexxat's questline.

    Yes, you are. You destroyed that item for good; it isn't protected like many key quest items are.

    If you have access to the cheat/debug console, you can make a new copy of it with C: CreateItem("ohhcloak")
