Is there anyway to make the text bigger ?

I have a severe myopia (nearsightedness), hence I find the text in the game way too small for me to read comfortably.

If it were as big as text in other RPG like Dragon Age or NWN or Arcanum(with bigger text mod), I wouldn't have this kind of problem.

Is there anyway to make the game more accessible ?
