How to install PST:EE mods on GOG version on a Mac?

Greetings,

I'm a complete novice - can someone tell me the no-assumptions basic step-by-step process to add mods to PST:EE, GOG version, on a Mac? Or point me to where the directions might be?

    Also, the Mac download for Unfinished Business doesn't download a zip file, it delivers “Unconfirmed 745000.crdownload”. Please advise.
