Near Infinity

Hello,
I started using Near Infinity and I have noticed something strange (strange because I'm a newbie for sure).
I can't find the CRE files for all the mods I have installed (in BG EE SoD but the problem would be the same with BGIi EE I think). I can find them if I make a specific research but they are not in the CRE scrolling menu. Is there a way to make them appear in this menu?

    There's a setting to adjust where in the resource tree modified files are displayed. Set it to "In ??? Folders (CRE, SPL, ...)".
