Weird graphic error on Tom Undergallow and Bodyknock Glick?

Can someone help me please. I downloaded some HD packs and some past mods but for some reason these 2 NPCs faces are totally messed up?

No idea how to fix it, everything else is great

    I think I had some old files in there so I cleaned it out and it seems to work ok now
