Modding on Steam Deck

Hey all, I recently purchased a Steam Deck and I’ve been looking into modding the EE games on them (mainly BG1&2). I saw there were some previous instances of people asking about this to not much success, and I was hoping maybe someone else had some experience with it since then. Any help is appreciated.
