Phantom Blade/Thief Question

Can thieves backstab with this blade while the spell is active? Does this apply to any other summoned weapons?

If so then great: there are a lot of vampires in BG2 that might be harmed by multiples of 10 extra damage (if it works that way that is...)

I suppose I could check myself, but I'm lazy and assume someone out there might have already checked!

The phantom blade is flagged as usable by all classes, so yes - you can backstab with it.

The bonus damage against undead, like any other on-hit effect, will not be multiplied in a backstab.

Better than nothing. Thanks! Are there any other conjured weapons that can be used in this way, I wonder?

All of the spell-created melee weapons can be used to backstab. The only one I found that had any unusability flags set was Shillelagh (unusable by mages, which doesn't actually do anything).
