Restoring the Limited Wish Quest

Hello,

I killed the Mercenaries of Riatavin before I realized that they were integral to this quest (in chapter 2, I believe, and I'm now in chapter 6, so I don't want to return to a previous save)

I've used the console to restore the two fighters, Necromancer, Cleric, and Captain Dennis.

Nevertheless, the quest still isn't available when I cast Limited Wish.

Are there global variables I can modify to allow the quest to begin?
