XP Cap remover not working in v2.6.6.0 ?

problem fixed by reinstalling game completely (removing the entire baldur's gate folder in the steam folder, then reinstalling via steam) and after re-adding the cap remover in the override folder

Moderator can delete, not seeing the option to do it myself
