Change specific font sizes

I'm relatively new to these mods and all the BG mod scene so sorry if this isn't the right place to post this, but i wanted to know if it is possible to change the font size only on specific places (in this case on tooltips and new journal entries)?

Because i'm trying to play with the UI scaled to 1080p and since the font size slider just make big jumps, some texts are way to big or way to small for me :| Below some screenshots for comparison and to explain what I need

So basically I want this size for tooltips and possibly the journal update at top:

Is it even possible to do that? I've tried looking around ui.menu but I have absolutely no clue what I should be looking there

Edit--

I've actually managed how to change the size individually for the journal update using the UI menu to find where in the ui.menu is the text and adding "text useFontZoom X" (maybe "text useFontSsize" should work too? idk) , but unfortunately i still have no clue how to change the tooltips
