Party stance layout

Is there a mod where you can customzie the party stance layout beyond the ones the game provides at the bottem right next to quick slots. I know you can manually place people where you want to but it would be awsome if you could place them and save it so you dont have to reorgnize everyone everytime. I have done basic website html, would it be out of my league to implement this myself? Are stance layout in a file where i can just change the numerical values and use the premade button options? Am i making sense?
