Severe lag when playing with a friend overseas.

Hello me and my friend are experiencing severe lag, but only for the one joining the game.

1. If i host the game, he gets 1sec delay on everything he does (Including seeing me hopping around beeing 1sec faster then him).

2. If he hosts the game, the same happens to me.

3. We have no lag issues in any other kind of games.

4. We use only 1 character each (No companions).

Will it help us if we use Hamachi perhaps?

Also i do know about the "Not clicking anything while the game is loading" stuff.
