Neverwinter Nights Enhanced Edition Crash

Previously, the game launched well on Steam, I haven’t played for more than a year, when I try to start the game now = an error occurs at the time of character creation (or if you try to use a premade character) - a white window appears with an error and a request to poison the error
"Please go to https://nwn.beamdog.net/crash/ to report this crash."

But when I go to https://nwn.beamdog.net/crash" I am redirected to https://github.com/Beamdog/nwn-issues
and asked to go further to https://beamdog.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals.
But after registering they write to me that I don’t have the rights to write there, so I don’t know how to place a file there with the error “nwmain-crash-1711899252”
I tried deleting the game completely and installing a new one = the same error when trying to create a character

Does anyone have any ideas?
