PS5 BG 2 SOA Debug?

Hello.
I was recently playing BG on my PS5. I have a good run with my Gnome Fighter/illusionist, having DeArnise hold as my stronghold quest. I got stuck in 4th quest - losing messenger from Majordomo.
My question is: Is it possible to debug my save from PS5, making mesenger apper to continue questline?
If it is possible, how?
