Nashkel Carniival shops bugged?

I've just noticed that all four of the merchants in the tents at the Carnival have the option of identifying items as well as buying/selling items. However, when you choose this option, all items, including unidentified items in your inventory/backpack are greyed out and can't be selected.

I think this is a bug, as if you have the option to purchase identification you should be able to select items to identify?

Unlike some merchants, the Nashkel carnival merchants are limited in what they can identify. For example, the armorer only has 30 lore, so he can't identify +1 leather armor but not the +2 "Protector of the Second" leather armor.

Thanks that's interesting...I assumed they'd have unlimited Lore. Not a bug then

Yeah the key is they offer to identify at reduced prices but can only identify certain gear. There are a few other merchants who cannot identify everything either. Most folks learn to just use the temples obviously, which are unlimited.
