Game does not open - won't download?

The support for this "new release" is appalling.

I have downloaded via BEAMDOG and the game won't load, won't explain what is happening and the "notes" covering this indicate I may need to become a programmer to "fix" the situation.

This is so bad I want my money back.

Very poor implementation.

I won't be downloading anything else or using the service again or trusting you again.

    Have you tried downloading when the servers were not overloaded with traffic?
