Transferring Saves to Another Platform

Hey everyone! Been combing through the forums, steam, and reddit with no luck, so I'm hoping someone here can help me.
I just finished another playthrough of BG1EE (PC) while on vacation and am almost done with SoD. I want to import to BG2EE when I get home, but I want to play on my PS5 copy. Is there a way to import a character from a different platform if I get the raw save file? I can't find any mention of this anywhere, nor even a "no." Any help would be greatly appreciated!

(Basically, to test it, find the saves your PS5 version makes and examine the format.)
Thanks for the response! I'll have to check that out.
So i downloaded a program called iBrowse on my PC, opened baldur's gate app via that as a file explorer program, picked out those save game files and continued my adventure on the PC, where i found my way out instantly.
Maby something like that works for PS5 as well?
