Where to find VA files? (Want to equalize audio for my tinnitus ridden ears)

Anyone know where all of the files for PCs, NPCs, monsters, etc. are?

I want to equalize the audio on them more, and reinsert them into the game.

I have somewhat bad tinnitus and for whatever reason the VA clips in BG2 are grating and very painful to listen to, so I was hoping I could equalize or soften the audio in a audio editing tool and reinsert them into the game.

If anyone would like to help it would be most appreciated :^)
