BG:EE Eldoth and Garrick balance mod

Hi,
It is no secret that Eldoth and Garrick are fairly poor bards ingame. I think it is a shame. Could anyone make a small mod buffing their attributes to decent levels?
I know EE Keeper can manually do these things, but with a large amount of mods already installed this is not always something you'd like to do (compatibility).
Furthermore, using the console to fix small balance things like this is something I would rather avoid. I like to save the console for fixing potential bugs (missing items etc.)
