How can I get my game keys and transfer them to Steam if the client is being sunset?

in Beamdog Client
Looking at this thread: https://forum.neverwintervault.org/t/beamdog-client-to-sunset/6701/61 it seems there should be an option in my account page but there is not. I have only:
MY GAMES
GIFTABLE GAMES
REDEEM
ACCOUNT
NEWSLETTERS
CREDIT CARDS
ORDER HISTORY

I browsed through them and nowhere did I found any game keys. I tried typing directly in the URL as shown in the screenshot at the link above - #game-keys - but the page simply said Game Keys / Game Keys

Help will be appreciated.

    Commenting in this thread for anyone who is in the same situation and happens upon this thread, but can't find any more info, as I did: Email Aspyr Support with your Beamdog account information and they will get you the keys.

    If I may ask, what information did they need? I've contacted Aspyr Support and provided the email I use for my Beamdog account along with my issue, but have yet to hear anything back.

    My issue is that I unable to get BG:EE form GOG (Greyed out and says "Not available at this store" when I go to redeem a code from Beamdog), but while SOD is available, I can't redeem it without having BG:EE prior (according to GOG when I try to use the code there), so I'm stuck without either now. Kinda frustrating.
