BG2EE Peace at last achievement not triggering

Edit: Disregard, it looks like it was a mod conflict. Tried reloading with a clean install without the mod and got it to work.
Playing on steam and seem to be having some problems with the peace at last achievement. I've tried giving Yoshimo's heart to both the Illmater Temple in the Slums or Waukeen's Promenade and choosing various options but it doesn't seem to work. Resting after doesn't seem to work either.
Anyone know if there's a secondary condition to getting it to work? I am playing with the tweaks pack mod, but nothing that should affect Yoshimo's heart.
