Looking for a couple mods

I’m just getting ready to rebuild my IWD and BG installs, and I’m looking for a couple mods I could have sworn I’d seen, but can’t find. Either could possibly be a part of some bigger mod pack, which could be why I can’t find them.
But the first was 1 - handed spears, for proper spear and shield fighting. I swear I’ve seen this somewhere, but remember no details.
The second was purely cosmetic, a long hair for women warrior avatars mod. Again, I’m sure I saw a discussion about this, but the forum search was no help to me.

I just can’t remember where I saw either. It’s rough getting old…
