Whenever I am hasted and dual wielding, my offhand attacks multiple times, not my main hand

I’m playing on an android tablet. The game is completely unmodded and is up to date.

    So, the bug reproduces itself on my iPhone as well. I think this is an app issue.

    Haste is weird. Turning one main-hand attack plus one off-hand attack into one main-hand plus two off-hand? Yeah, I can see that.

    Haste or Improved Haste are the only way to get extra off-hand attacks. Every other source of extra attacks goes to the main hand.

    Improved haste only, not regular haste, grants second attack with the off hand weapon
