Weapon Features (3.5Ed) IWDEE

In 3.5Ed AD&D as used in IWD2, you have several Weapon Features such as Trip, Reach, Disarm etc.

IN IWDEE I have tried to emulate them by having weapons with:

Disarm - Slow effect to represent someone trying to recover their weapon(at 1 round/ 6sec). ST vs Wands.
Trip - Sleep effect to represent a knocked-over character (6sec). ST vs Breathe.
Range - Assign 3' to the range.

These are not perfect as Sleep does not affect a lot of creatures, ie Undead or takes in size. And Disarm affects creatures without weapons.

Effects are triggered by Crit number at 5% each(3.5Ed).

If anyone has better ideas, please let me know.
