No dat file for DLTCEP, BG EET

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Greetings, I want to assign some effects for one of new mods weapons (Redfist Sabre), its description promises more than weapon actually do. I play Baldur's Gate I through BG EET fan set, and there is no IEEP file with effects description. I can't find bg2effects.dat or effects.2da as someone adviced. These is only effects.bif in the data folder which doesn't fit.

    Needed files are located in DLTCEP folder if someone interested.
