Getting updates for Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition

Hey everyone!! Its been so long since I have visited this website!! I have had some time away, played some other games, but I would love to come back to NWN:EE!! A quick question.... I bought my version of NWN:EE from this website, not from other sites like Steam or GOG. Should I still be getting regular updates for my game, like Steam and GOG users get? Just wondering. Any and all help with this is appreciated!! Thanks so much!!

    When I purchased from Beamdog, they gave me a Steam key, which I now use to get updates (after installing the Steam version for free).
