Disable Hardcode Feats

Does anybody know how to disable feats like Devastating Critical?? My goal is to disable them without taking away the players ability to accept them as feats. I want to disable just the effect of the feat so I can rewrite what the feat does in a script.

    No. I'm not aware of any way to re-code DevCrit outside of using NWNX. I handle DevCrit by forcing players to re-level if they take one of those feats.
