Any workarounds to use spell refresh again?

Hi, with the introduction of opcode 321, any spell with it applied will no longer refresh if you use iispellsystemadjustments. I was wondering if there were any way to get around this such as using opcode 146 to cast another spell with 261 on it that would refresh the spell?
