NWN EE: "Illegal Multiclass"

I specifically bought Beamdog's NWN: EE for the expanded multiclassing and graphics improvement, I have already owned NWN Diamond Edition and EE on Android.
However it seems that many of these improvements actually do not work, the game won't let me play my character in single player due to some multiclassing check that was left over from previous versions it seems like.
I already checked various .ini files for possible culprits but with no results.

    This aspect being available will be module and PW specific. Like a lot of things in NWN many features are set by individual creators to fit their campaign or world they are creating.

    I have not looked into doing this yet, but I believe the adjustment is done in the 2da files.
