It's in the same installation folder as the other game .exe files (which will vary depending on who you purchased from, and where you chose to install the game).
Where I can talk to someone who is working in beamdog? I think is the only way, nvm but I tried to download from google but there's a series of files and directories missing.
If you got the game from Beamdog and installed it with the Beamdog Client, you need to find WHERE the game was installed.
A simple way to do this is to open the Beamdog Client which you can find in your start menu. Once the client is open, select Neverwinter Nights, and you should see three buttons near the top. Click Options and then click "open game location". You should see several folders. Open the Bin folder. Then, assuming you are on windows, open the win32 folder. There you should find the nwtoolset.exe to run the toolset.

my path is like this:
C:\Users\Nick\Beamdog Library\00785\bin\win32\ nwtoolset
Steam might be different since I installed from the BeamDog Client, but the point is you need to find the "install folder"
