Which mod could give Angelo in part 1 a level 8 spell?

Howdy folks, I did a mega-mod installation through steam a few years ago, and I just got around to playing it maybe a year ago or so through wine on linux. Anyway, I just beat Sarevok on tactical, and for the life of me, I can't figure out which mod is delta spiking the difficulty through the roof on some fights. I just made a mod list.

I just beat Sarevok, and Angelo casted Horrid Wilting, for cryin' out loud... That's a level 8 in part one... Please help me solve the mystery of which mod(s) is(are) jacking up the difficulty so much. By the way, you can see the footage of the fight here:
