Corwin Romance bugged?

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
I'm trying to romance Corwin in my game. According to the wiki here: https://baldursgate.fandom.com/wiki/Schael_Corwin I need 6 dialogues. I've done 4 of them up to chapter 10, the latest one being in the warrens. After that, I had the first fight with hephernaan in the dragonspear basement. My guess was that as you went back to the coalition camp through the underground river after this fight, the 5th dialogue would pop at the coordinates listed. Issue is, its not triggering at all. I've checked the variables on EEKeeper, and they are as follows:

BD_CORWIN_ROMANCEACTIVE = 2

BD_CORWINROMANCE1 = 2
BD_CORWINROMANCE2 = 2
BD_CORWINROMANCE3 = 2
BD_CORWINROMANCE4 = 2

and there is not bd_corwinromance 5 or 6. As far as I understand from reading the forums, these should be the necessary variables for activating the 5th dialogue. Am I missing something?
