Game Just Freezes When Clicking on UI Buttons

Ok now this is getting to be too much. This game was delayed to allow more bug fixes? REally?
Is there any fix coming for issue with this game just freezing when you click on anything in the UI or map?

I so want this game to work but I am very quickly losing patience.

Yes I have the newest video drivers and I am launching from the exe not the launcher.

Still just out of the blue it freezes. Sometimes after 5 minutes, sometimes after an hour.
