Spawn Item not Working on iPhone

I'm having trouble spawning an item via the console on an iPhone. The codes are correct because I get a console success message, but there is no cursor on iPhone, so no place for an item to spawn. Is there a workaround for spawning items on an iPhone?

    How do you point at a spot for your character to walk to? There must be a way to do that. If so, I'd guess that you just need to point at a "destination" spot before spawning the item, which should appear at the destination.
