How to change Chant area of effect?

Trying to increase the area of effect but nothing I change in NearInfinity or DLTCEP seems to affect it. I can change the casting time and give myself a targeting cursor, but the cast always goes off centered on the caster and at the same apparent range.

    G'day kuch,

    I have no idea how to assist, sorry. I'm having a modding problem that I'm trying to fix with EE keeper, asked a question as well and had absolutely no response. Asked another modding question back in March, not a single response.
    Just noticing the trend that this forum has become a closed club that ordinary people like you and me aren't in. Good luck with your quest.
